Performance : je suis installée dans la salle avec mes projecteurs que je manipule en direct telle un musicien jouant sa partition. Le film : un assemblage de courtes séquences, éléments bruts de réalités sonores et visuelles. Le fil directeur : le ressenti de la projection de cinéma par les spectateurs, motifs et dispositif étant partie prenante de l’espace de la salle, du noir et de la lumière, de la vision et de l’écoute, du sentiment de la durée. Je filme de l’intérieur d’une caverne où j’attends. J’enregistre le silence une fois la porte fermée, attendant le retour des pas. Je lis un texte. Christophe Tarkos parle du bruit que ça fait quand on dit PAN. A l’image, des personnages regardent des paysages, un enfant est aveuglé par la lumière, d’autres prennent des photos sur la plage…Au son, des conversations dans un train et sur un paysage, des bruits de pas, de la musique, des rumeurs du monde…

Performance : I am in the theatre with my projectors, which I manipulate live, like a musician playing a score. The film : several short sequences put together, the raw ingredients of sound and visual reality. The main thread: the experience of cinema projection by the spectator, the motifs and the equipment being an integral part of the theatre space, of the darkness and the light, of seeing and hearing, of the sense of duration. I am filming from the inside of a cavern where I am waiting. I record the silence once the door has been closed, while waiting for the sound of footsteps. Christophe Tarkos speaks of the noise it makes when you say BANG. On the picture, people are looking at landscapes, a child is blinded by the light, others are taking photographs on the beach… On the soundtrack, conversations on a train and on a landscape, the sound of footsteps, music, the hum of life…
