Mohamed Essoudani, surnommé Scandale, est marchand de poissons à Casablanca. Entre le marché aux grossistes près du port, à l’aube, et son étal de fortune dans son quartier d’Oulfa, l’homme se raconte : son métier, les éternels problèmes d’argent, sa vie de célibataire et son mariage prochain, ses anciens démons et son amour pour la mer.

Mohamed Essoudani, nicknamed Scandale, sells fish in Casablanca. Between the wholesale market on the port at dawn, and his makeshift stand in Oulfa, where he lives, he talks about himself: his job and his perpetual money problems his life as a single man and his impending marriage, his past failings and his love of the sea.
