Des
habitants croisent leurs regards sur une place, la plus grande de
Bruxelles, qui vient de faire peau neuve après six ans de chantier. Un
film à plusieurs voix qui prend la forme de chroniques sonores et
visuelles d’un quartier en pleine mutation. On y déambule au rythme du
fado, entre un grand trou, de l’eau, des statues et des cafés, un
aspirateur et un parapluie… On y rencontre notamment un promoteur, un
écran de pub et autres envahisseurs de l’espace public…
Inhabitants compare their points of view on the biggest square in
Brussels, recently renovated after six years of work. A polyphonic film,
a chronicle in sound and pictures of an area undergoing substantial
transformation. An area explored to the rhythm of fado, between a
gigantic hole, water, statues and cafés, a vacuum cleaner and an
umbrella... Where we meet a real estate developer, an advertising screen
and sundry other invaders of public space...
